Auntie Annes - Cheshire Oaks Outlet village
We converted a shipping container into a fully operational Auntie Anne’s unit, carrying out all works from start to finish. This included structural modifications for a shutter and personnel door, full container spraying, installation of signage, boarding and insulation, tiling, bespoke joinery and solid-surface worktops, as well as complete air-conditioning, plumbing, and electrical systems.
R&J Joinery worked closely with our clients to deliver the first Fat Phill’s to the UK.
As main contractor we worked alongside our trusted sub contractors to deliver a quick turnaround of only 16 days from start to finsh.
Auntie Anne’s Dalston.
This store was transformed from an old pub into a popular Pretzel store in London.
Our team carried out the full fitout of the store in just 2 weeks. R&J made the bespoke joinery in the Workshop before transporting It to site.

We manufactured 8 bespoke desks along with a black Herringbone feature wall in our workshop before installing them in a local estate agency In Wokingham.
Brighton train station Auntie Anne’s.
Our team carried out the full fit out of the pretzel store in the train station In just 6 days.
This fit out included replacing the old shopfront, electrical works, plumbing alterations, flooring, tiling and all bespoke unitary made in our workshop.
